The current website build uses a very limited local-storage preference to remember whether the notice banner was dismissed. No broader analytics or advertising layer is described on this page.
The current preference key is
bicycle_repair_cookie_notice_v2
. It is used only to control whether the notice banner reappears after dismissal.
What it changes
The stored value affects only banner visibility and does not create a repair appointment, change service prices or transmit bicycle service details by itself.
What is not currently enabled
The present build does not describe analytics pixels, advertising tags or optional third-party tracking cookies as active features.
Managing your preference
You can clear the stored preference through your browser settings or local-storage controls. If that happens, the notice may appear again on a later visit.
Future website changes
If analytics, advertising tools or other optional tracking technologies are added to a future build, this notice should be updated before those tools are enabled so the explanation remains accurate.
